Circus - January MM

Step right up, boys and girls and read this post . . .
Welcome to our MM circus!

This big hat and red tailed coat were compliments of my sister - she made them for her husband for a circus themed past family Halloween costume - and I borrowed them across the U.S. (: I was in charge of singing time - so I didn't get any good pictures while I was doing that - sorry.Here the kids are lined up holding animals getting ready to walk around on the circus train (and yes my kids are wearing dress up clothes! Snow White and Spiderman! I don't care if they don't care.)

My kids LOVED this borrowed prop to bonk each other or themselves on the head! (:

Z all dressed up as a clown!!!

It was a fun theme for us to do at Music Makers! We had never done the circus before and I'm thankful the moms came through and helped it work!!! One mom said she thought it was the funnest theme we've done and one mom said her son made her promise to NEVER take him to the circus because he thought it was scarey - especially the clowns! (: So mixed reviews. (:

First - I asked Ak if she knew a song - it took her a bit to realize she didn't like Z singing one and that I had asked HER. (:
