My parent's both have birthdays in March. They rented out the county's roller rink and invited everyone from church and it was the youth activity for the night. 194 people came?!?! Everyone said they had a great time and thought it was wonderful of my parents to provide this.
Can you tell my mom is a little guarded in this video? She fell at the beginning when a kid pulled her down as he was falling! The pain has lingered. :( (I fell too while skating backwards trying to avoid some kid who was on the ground. Bruised my palms and bum!) But other than that, the night was a success for us!

That is so fun! Thanks for the photos & videos. I'm sorry to hear about the falls...I need to remind my kids: "You are closer to the ground...don't pull adults down with you. You will heal faster than older folks." Oh well. The Lord will bless Gma & Gpa for their gift to the wards. I even saw an Elder in the video...wow, their one and only time in a Roller Rink on their mission. :)
